AIM Thailand (Youth Pastors)
January 16 . 22, 2018 (all day)
We are leading an AIM team focused for Youth Pastors to Bangkok, Thailand, January 16-22, 2018. I've been working hard to coordinate the details of this trip with our Arizona missionaries and make it as affordable as possible and designed specifically for YPs who've never been on a foreign mission trip.
I will be leading this trip with AG World Missionaries, Johnny and Andrea Pangelinan. We only have 15 spots total for youth leader/pastors, but each leader will have the opportunity to bring one other leader with them. This could be a spouse, youth leader, or a strong student leader who is considering missions (15 spots total). I know not everyone who wants to go will be able to go this year, but we're keeping the amount of leaders going to a minimum to increase the focus and impact of the trip. We are planning more leadership AIM trips like this for the future.
The purpose of this trip is three-fold.
1. Focused leadership training for leading teams on short-term mission trips.
We have an opportunity to serve our Arizona missionaries, be exposed to Thai culture, participate in outreach evangelism, and experience the ministry of Speed the Light in action. This will be a great opportunity for us to pray together as we dream of Arizona's future in missions endeavors and capture stories to take back and encourage our churches. Whether you are an experienced missions team leader, or you've never been out of the country before, the goal at the end of this trip is that each of us will feel equipped and ready to lead Arizona students on AIM trips in the years to come.
AIM Trip Details:
This opportunity will be on a first come, first serve basis. Your spot will not be secured until the $195 deposit is paid by October 19th. I am here to serve you with ideas for fundraising or talking with your pastor if needed about the possibility of using your missions budget for this trip.
We are here to serve you and equip you to reach more students for Christ. It's our desire to see more students engaged in God's mission.
The best is yet to come,
