The Youth Leaders’ Summit is the rallying point for youth pastors and leaders across Arizona—a weekend designed to refuel your heart, sharpen your leadership, and connect you with others who share your calling.
Across two dynamic days, you’ll engage with practical training, fresh vision, and meaningful conversations that speak directly to the challenges and opportunities of shaping this generation. With input from guest speakers and insights from the state youth director’s doctoral research on resilience in the next generation, you’ll walk away equipped with tools, ideas, and renewed confidence for the year ahead.

Keynote Speaker
Gary Garcia has been shaping the next generation for nearly three decades. For 28 years, he’s led youth ministry at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship (AG) in Fountain Valley, California—investing in students, raising leaders, and building a culture that lasts. Now serving as the church’s lead pastor and as the Student Ministries Director for the SoCal Network of the Assemblies of God, Gary continues to champion youth pastors and leaders with a passion that’s as strong as ever.
Known for his authenticity, humor, and practical wisdom, Gary brings real-life experience to every conversation about ministry and leadership. He’s not just talking about reaching students—he’s lived it.
